Hey, babe! We’re so excited for you to get your hands on our handmade goods—we promise it’ll be worth the wait. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns:
🚚 PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Each item is handmade with love, so please allow us a little time to create your bougie magic. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
✨ SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We ship via USPS and UPS (or the best option available at the time) for quick, reliable delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and your location.
💸 FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders over $100!
🔍 TRACKING
You’ll get a tracking number once your order hits the mail.
If you don’t see it, double-check your spam folder or shoot us a message.
🕓 DELAYS & ISSUES
While we do everything we can to get your order out on time, once it’s in the carrier’s hands, delays are out of our control. If something goes wrong, email us—we’ve got your back.
📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” that are lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and keeping an eye on that tracking info!
🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the U.S. only—but we’re dreaming big, so stay tuned, global babes!
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because most of our items are handmade, all sales are final. However, your happiness matters to us.
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at companyqueenbee@gmail.com. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

We stand behind our craftsmanship! If your Classy Clipz or Bougie Badges need a little TLC, we offer one free fix per item.
Here’s how it works:

You’ll need to ship the item back to us.

We’ll fix it up and send it back to you for free.

If it breaks again, additional repairs may include a small fee.
Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm your repair and share the return address + next steps.
